OVERCOMING THE FLESH
MEMORY VERSE: Gal 5:19; Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, adultery Fornication, Uncleanness, Lasciviousness.
Still looking at uncleanness as regards sexual activities, we will look at Incest which is a sexual relationship between people closely related by blood such as a parent and his/her child, brother and the sister, uncle and the niece, aunt and the nephew. These kind of sexual relationship is a great abomination before God.
In Lev 18, death is prescribed as the necessary punishment for such sin. This is a great pollution.
May you not pollute yourself by a destructive lust in Jesus name.
Like the evil legalisation of same sex marriage which was never accepted by God, marriage between very close relatives had began to receive approval from certain nations of the world because of the end time program of the devil. Homosexuality and Lesbianism is becoming an established type of marriage.
May we not follow these evil trends in Jesus name.
There is sex between man and animals. This is Beastiality. In Lev 18, it is highly forbidden. Other relationship that does not bring glory to God and is therefore highly forbidden is sex between adults and young children. It is called Pederasty.
May we not pollute ourselves with illicit sex in Jesus name.
Now pray for yourself;
O’Lord my God, help me to keep my vessels pure in Jesus name.
O’Lord my God, give me grace to flee from every sexual sin in Jesus name.
O’Lord my God, let your Holy spirit spirit fill my life that I will not sin against you in Jesus name.
Thank you Father, for answering all my prayers in Jesus name.
